All right, title, and interest in and to the Content and Intellectual Property available via the Site is the property of Nerdanatix LLC, our licensors, or certain other third parties, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and/or other Intellectual Property and unfair competition rights and laws to the fullest extent possible.

Third-Party Services. We are not responsible for third parties or their content, advertisements, apps, or sites (“Third-Party Services”). For instance, portions of the Site may be integrated into or linked to third-party sites, platforms, and apps that we do not control. Similarly, we may make third-party content or services available to you on or via our Site that we do not control. This may include the ability to register or sign in to our Sites using Facebook Connect or other third-party tools, and to post content on third-party sites and services using their plug-ins made available on our Sites. This may also include links on the Site that lead to www.nerdanatix.net; we take no responsibility for Third-party Services.

In using the Site, you must respect the Intellectual Property and rights of others and Nerdanatix LLC. Your unauthorized use of Content may violate the rights of others and applicable laws and may result in your civil and criminal liability.

You may not “scrape,” or use any “robot,” “bot,” “spider,” or other automatic program, or equivalent manual method, to access, reproduce, copy, or acquire the Content or the expression on the Site.

You also agree that, in using the Site, you: (I) will not monitor, gather, copy, or distribute the Content.
